Carefully pack the fragrance in its original, unopened cellophane packaging and secure it within a sturdy shipping box to prevent damage during transit.
Ship to Cupids HQ
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of your tracking receipt.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned item, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
